10.1 Compliance with FAA Regulations
All drone operations are conducted in full compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Small UAS Rule. Our remote pilots hold current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and comply with all applicable airspace requirements, including Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) authorizations where required.
10.2 Florida Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act
We comply with Florida Statute Section 934.50, the Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act. We do not use drones equipped with imaging devices to record images of privately owned real property or individuals with the intent to conduct surveillance in violation of any person's reasonable expectation of privacy without their written consent.
10.3 Data Capture Limitations
Our drone operations are conducted strictly within the scope of the contracted service. We implement the following practices to minimize incidental data capture:

Pre-flight planning to define operational boundaries and minimize overflight of adjacent properties

Use of appropriate camera angles and focal lengths to focus on the target property or subject

Prompt review and deletion of any incidentally captured data that is not relevant to the contracted service

10.4 Aerial Imagery and Personally Identifiable Information
Aerial imagery captured during our operations may incidentally contain identifiable features, including but not limited to individuals, vehicles, license plates, and personal property. When such incidental captures occur, we will:

Blur or redact identifiable features of individuals and vehicles not relevant to the contracted deliverable upon request

Not publish, distribute, or share incidental imagery containing identifiable features of third parties without authorization

Securely store and, upon completion of the retention period, securely delete all raw imagery
10.5 Drone Data Storage and Security
All drone-captured data, including photographs, video, thermal imagery, mapping data, and telemetry logs, is stored on encrypted devices and secure cloud storage systems. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Drone SD cards and storage media are securely wiped after data has been transferred and backed up.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us.
